A warm welcome from me to you.
My name is Nadia and I am a qualified counsellor based in Dundee. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and describe myself as a Pluralistic Counsellor, this means that I work collaboratively with my clients and can practise a range of counselling techniques including person-centred, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and transactional analysis. I believe that everyone is unique, and no situation is the same therefore I offer a variety of different approaches to help you.
I am aware that attending counselling can be daunting, therefore I aspire to create a space filled with compassion and respect, one that will help you to develop different coping strategies, build resilience and meet goals. Most importantly, I will listen without judgement.
I offer individual therapy both face to face & online along with mediation and couples counselling.
I have experience working with addiction, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, eating disorders, bereavement, suicidal ideation and many more issues that can contribute to making life feel more difficult.
I can offer you a safe space to talk and process your experiences and feelings. I will support you to live your life authentically and be with you as you find your own answers, process your experiences and grow as a person.
I am a multicultural therapist, who is faith sensitive and driven by equality.
